Phase one and two of the building project are complete! Last summer (2019) we started a project to create a new facility for job training and offices. The building will serve as our central location for equipping the youth, including entrepreneurship training, discipleship and tailoring. The building will replace our current rented facility, reducing monthly expense. We are very thankful to all who have partnered with us in this effort so far!
The perimeter wall, foundation, walls and roof are all done now. Praise God, the roof was completed just in time for some rains! The next phase will be the addition of all the utilities (water, electricity) and furnishings. We need $20,000 to complete this next phase. We are looking forward to being able to use the facility in February, 2020 and getting out of our current rental agreement. This is a vital project to foster learning of our youth. Having a permanent location for our training equipment will allow many different activities and says that we are not going anywhere.
